FreePBX install base?

Hi all -

Trying to sell the idea of a new phone system to the bosses, and their main complaint is that they’ve never heard of FreePBX. Where can I find some info on the number of installs, ballpark number of current systems in use, big companies that use FreePBX? I’ve searched all day and can’t find anything.

I’d like to think that the FreePBX guys would want to advertise to the world how many people use their systems…

FreePBX kicks ass. FreePBX runs on Asterisk, and Asterisk is everywhere. FreePBX just makes Asterisk much more intuitive.

We have 4 offices and several road warriors, and FreePBX powers everything for us. I am setting up my favorite client with it in the coming months to switch away from 8x8.
