Yep, again it points to cxpanel and isymphony as being rogue, I suggest you delete those modules.

As far as I know, and at the risk of being accused of trolling, the only thing FreePBX distro includes which is in any way ajax related is cxpanel, it is solely a feed to Isymphony which has well known memory leaks. If you need it then caveate emptor, if you don’t delete it.
