I am running FreePBX Distro version 12, with the paid Fax Pro module. My client has about 50 employees. They have one incoming (published) fax number.
With the old analog fax, faxes would come in and the employees would search through the stack to find the fax they are looking for. How do I do something like this on Fax Pro? Can I create a shared fax inbox (like \recordings for an individual user) where anyone in the office can log in, look for their fax in the list on the webpage, and print it out? They should be allowed to delete a fax that has come in. Thanks!
