Is there a way to reinstall the Fail2ban for the Freepbx distro ?

Do you have vsftp installed?
Looks like you actually have several errors in the fali2ban config.
Nope on the vsftp being installed. I upgraded this system from 2.10. I am just going to blow it out and do a total reinstall from the iso.
