Extension Settings Module

Anyone know where the Extension Settings Module went?

See the Wiki entry below, but I don’t see it when I follow these directions:

Extension settings is still available. If it is not showing up when you try to install in Module Admin, ensure you have all repos enabled.

Do you have the “Unsupported” repo enabled before you check for updates?
