I am using EPM in FreePBX 6.12.65-25
I am provisioning Polycom VVX310 phones.
The question I have is when a user tries to upload a .wav file for a ringtone the phone gives an error that space limit has been exceeded. These are new phones with nothing uploaded yet. I think that the phone may be trying to write a file to the provisioning server using an HTTP put command. Does EPM allow this or do I have to change the default permissions to the tftpboot directory?
We found that the ringtone must be recorded with the ulaw codec, etc. The ringtones upload to phone , but can not write file to provisioning server (EPM). Is this a permissions problem? The ringtones currently disappear when phone reboots.
