EPM and Polycom VVX310

The update to EPM a few weeks added VVX310 support,among other models. Currently I select the VVX500 profile for my VVX310 phones and it is working OK for the most part.

However, with the recently support of VVX310’s I tried using that profile instead. However, the XML files produced with this option are MUCH smaller and do not appear to be functional. For example:

With VVX500 profile selected:

With VVX310 profile selected:

Any suggestions?

What version are you using? I am unable to reproduce this with the latest version. (2.10.0.111.8)

This issue has been verified and fixed in the latest version 2.10.0.112 due out August 20th.

I have the latest FreePBX distro with all modules updated but I don’t see the VVX310 as an option in the OSS Endpoint Manager. The only VVX model listed is the VVX 1500. Am I missing something?

Hi,

can someone help me to set this Polycom VVX600 to my PBX phone since when I plug in the phone can not see any IP address and I don’t know how to set this to register to my PBX.

Phantom - You need to supply full information. FreePBX version, how it was installed, network configuration, what method you used to configure the phone.

I don’t know what “can’t see any ip address” even means.
