Endpoint Manager messing up Polycom passwords

Left admin password setting in Endpoint manager as 222222 and applied the changes… Now when I try to log into the 2 phones I was setting up, neither 222222 or 456 (default Polycom) work. Anyone have any clue?

Possible typo or browser autocomplete filling in the field?

Neither. Tried typing each many times in the browser interface and even on the phones themselves. Very perplexing.
