Endpoint Manager lost programming for templates

New install with Freepbx 2.11. We had about 14 Grandstream 2160 phones setup with a template that worked just fine for setting up the phones. We had a power outage and the phones rebooted with all the buttons at default. All modules are up to date. The tempate is / was still assigned and we tested to see if an entry was pushed out to a phone when a phone was rebooted. That worked. So we are going to proceed with redoing the template. Any ideas how the template would default like that??

Sounds like file corruption to me. It is highly recommended to utilize the UPS service on the PBX.

Yeah that is pretty much the conclusion I came to. Supposedly the system is on a UPS, but from here I cannot tell
