I just noticed I’m having the same issue on one a system that was updated to all the recent modules and firmware this past weekend.
All other email notifications are working fine, just not outbound fax confirmations, even though in Fax Configuration it is set to Email Results: Always.
Same thing, where I’m checking /var/log/maillog and there is no record of an email being sent for an outbound fax confirmation.
I tried rolling back Fax Config Pro to 13.0.27 and Fax Config to 13.0.34 and it made no difference.
If it helps any, toward the end of the fax transmission the full logs show this… i don’t know if it’s supposed to show anything additional like an “emailing…” entry.
