Hello all… long story short… I have an announcement for “after hours” I have the announcement set up to play when you call an extension that is marked busy. for the announcement setting I selected after play go to extension voice mail. The announcement plays as it should but instead of going to the extensions voice mail the call just terminates… any ideas?
How about posting a log of a failed call? (No mind-readers here
