Did you try searching the forum/google?
Guys, I have FreePBX Stable-6.12.65, Release Date-2014, FreePBX 12, Linux 6.5 and
Asterisk 11. Is Chan_dongle installed by default or should I install it to be able to connect some GSM USB dongles? If there is the need to instalation is there any step by step procedure available?
kind regards
I thought you wanted to connect two boxes together and use GSM trunk on remote machine.
All you need to do is use DISA module, does what you want.
Certainly you need a number to dial in on so one of our SIP Station trunks would work great (they are unlimited).

Dear All
please let me know if i want chan_dongle for DISA purpose in freePbx then how and where to but this chan_dongle device and how much cost for this.
Some have instructions, some have users you could reach out to via thread to get details on their successes.

Try it? Report back. If it works, you’ve made it easier for the next person looking for information. If it doesn’t work, others know what you’ve tried so they avoid rehashing what doesn’t work.
