We have 3 systems that are being used in a Call Center situation. Freepbx 13 , Asterisk 13. They are using two different SIP trunk providers. One as failover to the other. We are getting a code 404 from the trunk providers, the phone is playing a fast busy when they call a disconnected number. Is there a way to play a "you reached a disc number " when we get a code 404 to the caller?
Log into the server console as “root” (SSH, keyboard/screen, PuTTY, etc.) and check “/var/log/asterisk/full” to get the error context (as in, what happening around the error, not “context” as in a dial plan).
You should be able to get a better idea of the problem from using the full logs.
