Long Distance With a Calling Card

Hello Has anyone had experience setting up a specific outbound route that accesses a calling card? For example if I dialed 011 44 12345678 I'd like the system to out-dial 123-456-7890 (calling card number) + YYY YYY YYYY(pin number) + 011 44...
