Hi Team,
I created my own custom IVR using PAGI and put the
extension in extensions_custom.conf. Everything is working and I didn’t
encounter any problem if the call is internal. However if
the call is coming from an external call (example via Avaya) it is not
visible. I just received a busy tone.
I made a modification on
the extensions_additional.conf and modified some existing IVR there to
point to the custom IVR that I made. It’s working but unfortunately it
will be updated by FreePBX Admin, thus I’ll lost my modifications.
How can I put it in the extensions_custom.conf while making it accessible externally. I hope you can help me with this.
