We use Zurmo for our CRM (Zurmo.org). I know they have a feature on their commercial module that integrates calling from Zurmo via VoIP. I’m looking for a solution to cross-reference inbound calls with contacts in the CRM in order to populate the Caller ID so we know which client is calling. I see something for SugarCRM but nothing for Zurmo.
Took a quick look at Zurmo and it is probably possible to add support to CallerID Superfecta. Are you aware of any OSS project that currently pulls CID from Zurma or any sample code, the API looks complex.
