this is my problem:
In User Control Panel the item Contact Directory is missing.
Can anybody help me please

Personally I am not sure what you are talking about, there is no corporate contact directory.

I think you will find what you are looking for at Module Admin> (Enable Commercial REPO) Settings> Contact Directory
