Can't use support credits

I want to open a ticket about the CDRs not showing anything in the GUI (when there are clearly calls going in and out in the logs) but it keeps telling me that I need a positive balance. I just bought some credits a few weeks ago and it even shows that I have 80 left. I’ve had credits expire a few times before so I’m not buying more if I don’t absolutely have to. After I submit the ticket I get the error message.
