Can not access incredible PBX 11 GUI

Hello,
I have just intalled incredible pbx 11
with my browser, i go to url 192.168.10.1 (my pbx) and i open apache page default
Impossible open page pbx 11

(I’m french, sorry if i don’t write correctly)
