CallerID not showing on BLF monitored keys

Hi,
Have a T46G and have 3 lines setup for BLF. FreePBX version is 5.211.65-19. The issue is when a call comes in for one of the monitored lines, there is no CallerID (phone number) of the caller. Is there any way to get the CallerID to show up? I know FOP2 does show CallerID. I presume its a misconfiguration in FPX or the phone or both on my part.

same problem with gxp2130. No callerid before answering.
