@tm1000 The first thing the UCP wants is for me to select an Extension unless I am missing something. I want to search the entire recordings based on Phone Number. Actually, the best interface so far has been the CDR Reports Interface to replace the ARI Interface.
The only issue is we have custom URLS to search the ARI Interface, and I’m trying to figure out something similar for CDR if you know of any tricks let me know!
