I have it set to run Daily and delete after two weeks, but it never runs automatically!
It is backing up to FTP server.
If I press “Run” it works (manual backups work)
How would I go about troubleshooting this?

Did you find out the solution? I also noticed that periodical back up has not been excecuted.

Still an unresolved problem for me. I have been using other backup methods instead like Virtual Machine snapshots.

In my case, issue was not having /home/asterisk directory and it was solved once I added.
