Asterisk 13.5.0 + FreePBX 13.0.1RC1.28 with UserPanel

When i try to enter User Panel > User Panel (http://91.207.X.X/recordings/)
I receive:
Whoops\Exception\ErrorException thrown with message "Cannot redeclare class DB"

What I need to do?

The ARI user panel was deprecated in 12 and is not supported for 13. Someone would have to port ARI to 13 if they wanted to make it compatible. In 12 ARI user panel was replaced with UCP

How I can disable or remove it?
When i try to do it, it says that it depenced: announcement,conferences,directory,findmefollow,ivr,outroutemsg,queues

ARI Framework does not depend on anything nor does it have reverse dependencies. You are uninstalling the wrong thing.

I thought I need to remove recordings.

“/recordings” is not “recordings”. As previously stated you need to remove ARI Framework.
