Issue seems to be back with 10.13.66-22 (Asterisk 13.18). After running the distro upgrade script, degrading Asterisk from 13.18.0-1.shmz65.1.184 to 13.17.2-3.shmz65.1.183 corrects the crashing. yum downgrade asterisk13*-13.17.2-3.shmz65.1.183
