Is there a way to manually download the patched module and install it on a server not connected to the Internet?
Hmmm…I am a HUGE patching advocate and fan, but if the box is truly not connected to the Internet in any way, then by extension you aren’t vulnerable to any external attack from anywhere…
How have you been updating the box in the past?

I just did something that always makes me grumpy when other people do it to me - I didn’t answer your question, I just asked you a different question - sorry.
You used to be able to do this, but it looks like they switched to subversion to do the module updates so you would need to do a subversion get and then integrate your results with the offline box - perhaps a developer could weigh in with a simple way to do this?
