I have two FXS and one FXO daughterboard on a Tiger PCI card. They’ve worked great in the past for a couple of years.
A day or two ago, both FXS ports appear to have gone down - they do not generate dial tones. The FXO is currently unused as I’m all SIP to the outside world now. I’m up to date on all my modules including Dahdi. All three lights on the card are green. It’s getting the extra 12 and 5 volts of power from the computer as well (as always).
Here’s all the troubleshooting details I know how to generate from googling this problem (they all look good to me):
