Alert Info <Bellcore-dr1> for internal calls

Hi,

We have Aastra 6730i phones and if you set the tone set to UK, then internal calls get a double ring like you would expect from an external call.

I have set the alert info on the inbound routes so is set on inbound external calls.

It does work with the tone set to US/Canada but the is a bit strange for external calls!

I have read that in Endpoint manager you can set the default alert info but I cannot find this setting.

No end point has no such thing. Aastra does not let you set the ring tone with alert info only the cadence “bellcore”. Also Aastra does not support custom ring tones
