We have Aastra 6730i phones and if you set the tone set to UK, then internal calls get a double ring like you would expect from an external call.
I have set the alert info on the inbound routes so is set on inbound external calls.
It does work with the tone set to US/Canada but the is a bit strange for external calls!
I have read that in Endpoint manager you can set the default alert info but I cannot find this setting.
