After 6.12.65-16 Problem

Shutting down REST application daemon [FAILED}

Shutting down Queue callback daemon [FAILED]

are two errors I am receiving on 2 machines after the upgrade to 6.12.65-16. Is this a bug?

Confirmed this is happening on the latest stable as well.
