Is there a way to limit a user’s access to certain CDRs and recordings?
The user would be a call-center group supervisor who should only be able to listen to the recordings of certain extensions/staff members.

The user would be a call-center group supervisor who should only be able to listen to the recordings of certain extensions/staff members.
I had this idea these days, it prevents people from monitoring somnete can listen to the recordings and disable download them,
